day long and avoid piling on the calories after the sun goes down.

ReplyDeleteHowever, sometimes I will eat at night before to sleep, because sometimes really feel hurgury so I eat some kinds of biscult or dessert. But I know that if we going to eat too much before sleep and it will affect the the disease.

As all i know about health tips,midnight foodd no matter what they are are not good for our health.Eating in the mid of the night will make stomach keep operating all night.That means your stomach does not havle a monment to have a break.That is very bad for stomach!
